We are looking for a skilled and adventurous technician to join our company - a marine industry leader that specializes in cargo pumps on large vessels! We are an international operation with over one thousand employees and been in business for nearly a century!
If you're up for an exciting opportunity to travel and maintain our marine cargo pumps, then we've got just the job for you! Most of the work will be at ports based in Texas, with occasional travel to locations/ports based in Coastal US cities. Some international travel is involved and includes all of North America, Central America, West coast of South America and the Caribbean Islands. When travelling, tickets, rental cars, and hotels are covered with a per diem provided. Excellent opportunity to hit the road and experience new places while doing what you love.
Valid driver's license is necessary, TWIC Card (or ability to acquire one), and ability to travel domestically and internationally. Must hold a valid passport. Experience with hydraulic systems, diesel engines, electrical troubleshooting and fluke instruments is ideal.
Compensation:
- $25.00 - $32.00/hour to start.
- Benefits including but not limited to: health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, paid vacation, 9 holidays set and 5 floating holidays and sick time.
- OEM training, PPE and specialty tools also provided.
Shifts:
- Days, 7:30am - 4:00pm (Monday to Friday). Availability needed for OT, emergency calls and weekends.
