Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Service Manager to oversee our commercial roofing service operations. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of commercial roofing service jobs, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability
- Oversee a team of service technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to determine appropriate service solutions and prepare detailed proposals
- Collaborate with sales and estimating teams to ensure accurate job costing and pricing
- Manage customer relationships, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly
- Monitor and control service department expenses, including labor, materials, and equipment costs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards
- Maintain accurate records of service jobs, including work orders, invoices, and customer communications
- Analyze service department performance metrics and implement improvements as needed
