Service Logistics Coordinator

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Confirm PO ordered materials are received, systems updated, materials stored by technician and update service coordinator of ready to schedule status.

· Assist the Service Project Manager (SPM) in generating Service Estimates.

· Perform special order research as required by the SPM.

· Creating Spec Sheets or submittals for Service Estimates when required.

· Obtaining Estimate statuses from SPM approvals and inform department.

· Vendor Invoice review, review all received item invoices for accuracy in billing.

· Review weekly vendor invoices from AP for discrepancies, correct discrepancies with accounting staff and vendors and forward to Service Manager for approval.

· Own, Monitor and control truck inventory review and schedules.

· Ensure Service material storage is organized maintained and controlled.

· Perform ordering and purchasing functions for service department.

· Research parts and work with technicians to find product solutions.

· Own, monitor and control the PEI Repairs and Returns for the Service Department.

· Adhere to and enforce Company policies regarding safety, ethics, conduct, and appearance.

· Perform all other tasks, within job requirements, as assigned by the Service Manager.

· When requested, train other employees.

· When necessary and requested, assist other office personnel.
