We are seeking a high-energy, sales-driven Service General Manager to lead and grow our Commercial Roofing Service Division. This is a hands-on leadership role with full P&L responsibility and a strong emphasis on business development.

The ideal candidate thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and delivering operational excellence.

This individual will be directly responsible for generating new service revenue while also overseeing field execution and customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership & Operations Oversight

· 5+ years of sales experience in commercial roofing or a related construction service industry.

· 3+ years in a management or leadership role with P&L responsibility.

· Proven ability to generate service sales and close business with commercial clients.

· Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and service protocols.

· Comfortable wearing multiple hats—sales, operations, leadership, and customer relations.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
