Service Technician – “Electrical Doctor” Level

Location: Columbus, OH

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, Install and repair residential and light commercial electrical systems with expertise and confidence
• Communicate clearly with customers—turn confusion into clarity, and problems into peace of mind
• Handle tough situations and difficult customers with patience, professionalism, and class
• Present and sell system upgrades and safety improvements (we train you on how to do it right)
• Represent the Electric Medic brand with pride, inside and outside the jobsite
• Document work through photos, job notes, and mobile apps as part of our tech-forward team

Who We’re Looking For:

You’re the one people call when others can’t figure it out. You don’t cut corners. You do things the right way, every time. You’re sharp, reliable, and ready to grow with a company that’s building something legendary.

Must-Haves:

• 5+ years of residential electrical experience (or equivalent)
• Clean, professional appearance with strong communication skills
• Deep understanding of code, safety, and customer-first service
• Ability to sell with integrity and educate customers, not pressure them
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Bonus Points for:

• Light commercial experience
• Troubleshooting savant skills
• Previous experience in sales or customer service roles
• Desire to become a “Chief Surgeon” (our highest technician rank)
