Job Description:

Must Have -

• Experienced in leading managed services delivery and digital transformation with an Automotive client
• Skilled in managing relationships between the client, offshore teams, and third-party vendors
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, SLA management) for IT operations.
• Exposure to IT systems (SAP-ERP, PLM-Teamcenter, MES), connected platforms, and Industry 4.0
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure), hybrid infrastructure, and automation tools for IT service delivery
• Ability to leverage automation and AI for efficiency in managed services
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance (SOX/ ITGC, GDPR, IATF 16949) and ability to remediate risks
