Enabling people to lead purposeful working lives and organisations to become more productive, sustainable and profitable.\nFind out more about Ricoh Today\nWhat you will be doing\nAs a Service Advantage Technician you will be providing customers with a professional and efficient installation, maintenance, and repair services on an increasingly broad range of equipment and devices that Ricoh support including audio-visual, network devices, servers, routers, smart lockers.\nKey Accountabilities\n * To provide a technical service to customers, including installation, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of Service Advantage products.\n * To embrace the core Ricoh value of Customer Centricity in ensuring customers receive outstanding service every time.\n * To drive self-improvement and continuous professional development to keep up with ever-changing demands in the technology sector and the rapidly expanding portfolio of products and services that Ricoh support.\n * To maximize revenue by identifying potential business and professional service opportunities, whilst carrying out day-to-day duties.\n * Management and control of stock, to improve first time fix levels to customers, and to minimize stock losses.\nWe are an equal opportunities employer\nWe are open to discussing adjustments to the recruitment process if needed.
