This team is focused on providing frontend solutions to multiple projects and tooling to the whole company. We are deeply committed to advancing our frontend architecture (Next.js), ensuring alignment with our Design Systems, and collaborating with backend teams to deliver consistent, reliable, and user-friendly experiences across the platform.
\n \n As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will join our globally distributed team to shape and elevate Cints Measurement, Survey Platform, and Design System experiences. Your mission is to craft high-quality, scalable user interfaces that power our core research products delivering intuitive experiences for our customers while also enabling internal teams to move faster with confidence. \n You will be a product-oriented and platform UI engineer, taking full ownership of the end-to-user experience.
This includes partnering closely with UX designers, product managers, and fellow engineers to understand customer and stakeholder needs for both external user-facing products and internal products like our survey platform and design systems. \n Partner closely with Product Managers and UX designers to deliver polished, user-centric experiences and support product rollouts. \n Create scalable and maintainable frontend components, while enhancing and extending our shared Design System.
\n Monitor and optimize application performance, resolving bottlenecks proactively. \n Contribute to design discussions and perform thorough code reviews to uphold quality standards. \n Advocate for and document best practices in frontend development.
\n Own the implementation of medium and large features from concept to delivery. \n 3+ years of software engineering experience building web applications. \n~ js 14+ (App Router), including expertise in data caching strategies and performance optimization.
\n~ Demonstrates proficiency in various UI rendering architectures (SSR, CSR, SSG, ISR) and the ability to determine their appropriate application. \n~ A proven expertise in designing and implementing robust UI solutions using TypeScript, with a strong focus on applying comprehensive typing throughout the stack to deliver maintainable and highly reliable user experiences. \n~ Experience with CSS and Tailwind, and in working with Figma and internal design systems.
