As Driver Manager, your day starts with reviewing trip reports, scanning driver performance data, and coordinating with dispatch on coverage and route optimization. You’ll lead from the front: on the phone, in the yard, and in the cab, coaching drivers, solving problems, and enforcing a culture of safety and accountability. You’ll manage scheduling, handle post-incident investigations, conduct performance reviews, and lead bi-weekly team meetings. This role requires leadership, DOT compliance knowledge, driver recruitment and retention skills, and an ability to juggle logistics while keeping people first. Every day is different, but every day you’re the one holding it all together.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership, communication, conflict resolution, coaching experience and skills
• Degree in Supply Chain, or Management
• 10+ years of management experience
• Managing CDL drivers
• Familiarity with Fleet Management Systems and Dispatch Software
