We're Hiring: Senior Technical Services Managers & Technical Services Managers – Commercial Office Fit Out | Central London\n\n Location: Central London\n Sector: Commercial Office Fit Out (Cat A & B)\n Project Values: Up to £50 million\n Salary: £95 - 110k + Benefits (doe)\n\nOur client, a prestigious Main Contractor specialising in high-end commercial office fit out projects across Central London, is looking for a strategic and technically astute Senior Technical Services Managers and Technical Services Managers to play a pivotal role across both project delivery and pre-construction activities.\n\nThis is a high-impact role within a business renowned for delivering best-in-class Cat A and Cat B fit outs for leading developers, end users, and blue-chip clients.\n\n Role Overview:\n\nAs Senior Technical Services Manager, you will lead the MEP strategy across major projects, while also supporting work-winning efforts, including technical input into bids, tenders, and client interviews.
