Onsite/ Hybrid/ Remote:
Onsite (4 days a week)Duration: 13 months
Rate Range: Up to$85/hr on W2 depending on experience (no C2C or 1099 or sub-contract)
Work Authorization: GC, USC, All valid EADs except OPT, CPT, H1B

Must Have:

  • 10+ years of IT Project Management experience
  • Experience with & Access Management (IAM) initiatives
  • Familiarity with tools like Okta, SailPoint
  • Strong Agile and Waterfall project delivery knowledge
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Suite
  • Financial acumen: CapEx/Opex understanding, forecasting, and tracking
  • Ability to manage cross-functional and hybrid teams
  • Experience delivering complex technology projects in enterprise environments

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery for enterprise IAM transformation initiatives
  • Manage projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Own project schedules, RAID logs, risk mitigation plans, and weekly status reports
  • Facilitate collaboration among engineering, architecture, testing, OCM, and product teams
  • Serve as the primary liaison between delivery teams and executive stakeholders
  • Ensure strong governance and project control through regular checkpoints and reporting
  • Drive accountability and progress across hybrid team environments
  • Collaborate with vendor and international teams to align on schedules and deliverables
  • Identify and resolve issues or blockers that threaten delivery timelines
  • Maintain accurate financials in collaboration with internal controllers (CapEx, OpEx, resource allocations)
  • Participate in cross-project planning and knowledge transfer efforts
  • Support executive reporting through dashboards and KPIs
  • Navigate ambiguity in project roles and responsibilities by proactively clarifying ownership

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (STEM but not mandatory)
  • 8+ years of technology project management, with at least 4 years in Agile environments
  • Strong familiarity with IAM domains including authentication, authorization, and governance
  • Proven ability to manage projects with budgets exceeding $5M ()
  • Hands-on experience using tools like Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, SharePoint, Confluence
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously within a highly visible transformation program
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to internal PMO frameworks and governance models
