Senior Systems Engineer (Radar Systems)

• Collaborating with internal signal processing and embedded software development teams
• Analyzing customer and stakeholder requirements for radar and sensor systems
• Creating and managing requirements documentation – stakeholder requirements specifications, system requirements specifications, use cases, and operational scenarios
• Developing system architecture descriptions, ensuring technical requirements are clearly allocated to system components
• Overseeing the development of interface control documents (ICDs), block diagrams, and software design descriptions (SDDs)
• Leading and coordinating creation, review, and maintenance of systems engineering and project management artifacts in accordance with “V” lifecycle model
• Ensuring readiness of customer audit, competitive proposal, program review documentation
• Defining and overseeing integration and test plans, ensuring coverage of requirements

Requirements:

• Ability to obtain a U.S. top secret clearance
• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering (SEI&T) for radar and DoD systems domains
• Expertise in the creation of systems engineering and project management artifacts/documents
• Strong understanding of systems engineering V-Model and DOORS, IEEE, INCOSE
• Experience with configuration management and documentation control tools
• Experience with DoD program requirements and compliance standards – ITAR, EAR, safety, cybersecurity

Compensation:

• $135K - $150K + Equity
