Systems Engineer III

The Systems Engineer in the plays a crucial role in the development, integration, and maintenance of complex systems and technologies used in defense and aerospace applications.

Job Requirements:
Education:
*A bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering, preferably in a relevant field such as Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Systems Engineering, Computer or Software Engineering. Advanced degrees or certifications may be for senior or specialized positions.
*Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of systems engineering principles, methodologies, and best practices.
*Familiarity with defense and aerospace industry standards, regulations, and specifications.
*Knowledge of relevant technologies, such as avionics, sensors, communication systems, and software integration.
*Experience with Computer Integration and Test experience. Bash Scripting experience is a plus.
*Software Tools: Familiarity with systems engineering tools and software used for requirements management, modeling and simulation, configuration management, and project documentation (e.g., DOORS, SysML, MATLAB, Simulink JAMA and Cameo Systems Modeler).
