Minimum Qualifications:

• 8 years of experience in Informatica Power Center/IICS ETL development
• 8 years of experience in Data acquisition from diverse sources including Oracle, SQL Server, Excel, Access, Adobe PDF
• 8 years of experience in Developing complex Oracle/Snowflake SQL scripts
• 8 years of experience in System analysis for data analytics or warehousing projects
• 8 years of experience in Technical writing and diagramming (Visio, Erwin, MS Office)
• 8 years of experience in Software platforms used across multiple products
• 8 yearas in Experience designing and developing scripts using Python
• 8 years in Experience on an agile sprint team
• 8 years in Experience with JIRA software
• 8 years of experience in designing and developing code using Java and JavaScript
• 8 years of experience in CI/CD pipelines with GitHub and Git Actions
• 8 years of experience in Mulesoft developer
• 8 years of experience in SAS Viya administration
• 8 years of experience in developing code in C#

• 8 years of experience in writing well-designed, testable, and efficient code using best software development practices.
• 8 years of experience with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• 8 years of experience in managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
• 4 years of experience in understanding security principles and how they apply to healthcare data.
• 4 years of experience with BI/performance metrics tools.
• 4 years of experience with a Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Systems,, Business, or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry
• 2 years of experience working with a Health and Human Services (HHS) agency.
• 2 years of experience working with Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or Protected Health Information (PHI) data.
• 2 years of experience with functional knowledge or hands-on design experience with Web Services (REST, SOAP, etc.).

Specific Skills:

• Informatica Power Center/IICS ETL development and automation.
• Oracle and Snowflake SQL Writing and optimizing complex scripts.
• Data Integration Acquiring data from Oracle, SQL Server, Excel, Access, and PDF.
• Python, Java, JavaScript, C# Developing scripts and code.
• CI/CD Tools GitHub and Git Actions for pipeline development.
• Mulesoft & SAS Viya Development and administration.
• Agile Methodology Participation in sprints and ceremonies.
• JIRA Experience using agile project tracking tools.
• Technical Documentation Proficiency in Visio, Erwin, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
• System Analysis For data analytics or warehousing projects.
