Senior Supply Chain Manager – Food & Beverage

Surrey (Hybrid – 1 day per week in office + occasional UK travel)

£60–70k + 10% bonus + benefits

We’re partnering with a fast-growing restaurant chain to appoint a Senior Supply Chain Manager. With over 75 sites across the UK and ambitious growth plans, this role offers real impact and opportunities to develop.

The opportunity:

• Own end-to-end supply chain operations, from suppliers to restaurants.
• Manage international supplier relationships and distributor performance.
• Drive forecasting accuracy and ensure 100% menu availability.
• Support NPD, menu changes, and nationwide new store openings.
• Line manage and develop a Supply Chain Coordinator.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to deliver growth.

What we’re looking for:

✅ 5+ years’ food & beverage supply chain experience (hospitality, food service, or FMCG)

✅ Strong supplier management and negotiation skills

✅ International supply chain exposure a plus

✅ Confident, proactive, able to challenge the status quo

✅ People management experience

✅ Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills
