Senior Supply Chain Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Supply Chain Manager who will operate at Head of Supply Chain level within a fast-growing, agile FMCG e-commerce business. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring supply chain performance meets the demands of a rapidly scaling operation.

You’ll manage our e-commerce platform partner to agreed SLAs while also leading an in-house operations team (permanent and agency). This is a role for someone who can balance strategic oversight with day-to-day execution, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a 10+ person operations team (perm & agency) at head office.
• Manage and hold our e-commerce platform partner to account against SLAs.
• Oversee fulfilment, inventory, and distribution to deliver operational excellence.
• Drive process improvements to support scalability, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
• Act as the escalation point for supply chain challenges, resolving issues swiftly.
• Partner with Buying, Category, and Finance to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Provide the CEO with insights and recommendations to shape supply chain strategy.

ABOUT THE CANDIDATE

• Strong background in FMCG and/or e-commerce supply chain management.
• Proven experience managing 3PL / platform partners against KPIs and SLAs.
• Leadership experience managing both permanent and agency staff.
• Commercially minded, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• A hands-on, sleeves-rolled-up approach – thrives in fast-paced, growth-stage businesses.

SALARY

£80,000 - £100,000 - depending on experience.
