Job Title: Senior Supply Chain Analyst
Location: Overland Park, KS

About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Supply Chain Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in driving data-informed decisions across the supply chain, optimizing processes, and enhancing overall operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain analytics, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, operations, and finance teams to support strategic initiatives.

• Conduct scenario modeling and forecasting to support inventory planning and demand management.

• Lead projects focused on cost reduction, process optimization, and service level improvements.

• Support the implementation of supply chain technologies and tools.

• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and actionable manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree .

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain analytics or related roles.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

• Strong understanding of supply chain principles, including inventory management, logistics, and procurement.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.

Skills

• Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement certification.

• Experience in global supply chain environments.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
