Job Description

We’re hiring a Sr. Structural Engineer to lead structural design on capital projects ranging from $5M–$100M across healthcare, federal, and public-sector facilities. You’ll manage multiple projects, guide junior engineers, and serve as the structural lead in client-facing coordination. This is a remote role with limited travel. Great pay and superb benefits.

Responsibilities

• Manage project priorities and review work from designers/engineers.

\n

• Produce calculations, reports, drawings, and specifications.

\n

• Coordinate with architects, MEP teams, contractors, and clients.

\n

• Conduct site visits, field surveys, and support CA activities.

\n

\n

\n

Qualifications

\n

\n

\n
• Bachelor’s in Structural/Civil/Architectural Engineering (Master’s ).

\n

• PE or SE license required.

\n

• 10+ years structural design experience (healthcare, federal, labs, courthouses, or infrastructure a plus).

\n

\n

Required Skills

\n

\n

\n
• Proficiency with RAM, STAAD, TEDDS, REVIT, and AutoCAD.

\n

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multi‑project management skills.

\n

• Ability to travel for site work as needed. (limited travel)
