Your Impact:
- Lead project teams from concept through construction
- Develop innovative structural solutions
- Manage client relationships and project deliverables

- Drive quality control and technical excellence
- Shape project scope and resources
You'll Thrive Here If You Have:
- 6+ years in structural engineering consultancy
- PE license and actively working towards SE license if not already obtained
- B.S. or M.S. in Civil/Structural Engineering
- Strong seismic design experience
- Advanced skills in ETABS, SAP, RISA
- A knack for leading teams and mentoring others
- Excellence in both technical and communication skills

Compensation: Estimated at $108,500 - $141,000 + biannual profit share bonus potential. Salary will be commensurate with experience / skills and location.
