The Role

As a Structural Engineer, you will be involved in the design and delivery of a variety of structural engineering projects, working closely with architects, contractors, clients and other consultants.

Your responsibilities will include:

Undertaking structural analysis and design across a range of projects
Producing structural calculations, reports and technical documentation
Designing structures in a variety of materials
Developing structural schemes from concept through to detailed design
Producing and reviewing technical drawings
Liaising with architects, contractors and other members of the design team
Attending site visits and providing technical support where required
Managing your own workload and contributing to successful project deliveryAbout You

The ideal Structural Engineer will have around 3-4 years' relevant consultancy experience, although candidates with more experience are also encouraged to apply.

You should have:

A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
Relevant experience within a structural design consultancy
A strong understanding of structural engineering principles
Experience working across a range of building projects
Good structural analysis and design skills
Strong technical calculation and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and attention to detail
