This position offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects in a collaborative, multi-discipline architectural and engineering environment, providing technical expertise and guidance while coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders.Role & Responsibility:Tasks That Will Lead To Your Success

• Perform structural analysis, design, and computer modeling for a wide range of building and facility projects.
• Coordinate with architectural, mechanical, electrical, and civil teams to deliver integrated project solutions.
• Produce detailed plans, specifications, and technical reports.
• Review shop drawings and conduct construction administration activities.
• Lead project scope definition, planning, and execution, including projects with unique or complex technical challenges.
• Act as a technical liaison internally and externally, providing independent leadership on structural matters.
• Conduct facility assessments and prepare technical documentation.
• Participate in client, project, and construction meetings.
• Mentor and collaborate with engineers, interns, CAD technicians, and other disciplines.

Skills & ExperienceQualifications That Will Help You Thrive

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering (required).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required; Structural Engineer (SE) license .
• 15+ years of experience in structural engineering.
• Proficiency in structural engineering software (Bentley RAM products), 3D modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD), Microsoft Excel, and BlueBeam.
• Strong knowledge of structural codes and standards (ASCE 7, AISC 360, ACI 318, etc.).
• Proven design experience across a wide range of structural materials and project types.
• Excellent communication, technical writing, problem-solving, and time management skills.
