Senior Structural Engineer / Associate\n\nLocation: Leicester\n\nSalary: Competitive (DOE) + benefits\n\nHours: 37.5 per week\n\nAbout the Role\n\nOur client, a well-established engineering consultancy, is looking for a Senior Structural Engineer / Associate to join their team in Leicester.\n\nThis is a leadership role where you'll be responsible for managing projects, supporting the team, and working closely with clients.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nLead and manage structural engineering projects\nProduce and review structural designs\nWork closely with clients, consultants, and contractors\nSupport and mentor junior engineers and technicians\nEnsure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard\n\nRequirements\n\nAround 10+ years' experience in structural engineering\nStrong design experience (steel, concrete, timber, masonry)\nExperience leading projects and teams\nWorking knowledge of BIM / Revit environments\nDegree in Civil or Structural Engineering\nChartered or working towards\n\nWhat's on Offer\n\nCompetitive Salary\nPension and benefits package\nOngoing training and career progression\nSupportive and collaborative team
