Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed Senior Structural Engineer to join our collaborative, multi-disciplinary team. In this role, you will work on high-profile, complex projects across commercial, institutional, and infrastructure sectors, leading structural design efforts from concept through construction.
This is a hybrid position open to all regional office locations, with minimal travel required.
Key Responsibilities

Lead analysis, design, and computer modeling of building and facility structural systems (steel, concrete, masonry, wood, etc.)

Coordinate closely with architectural, mechanical, electrical, and civil disciplines to deliver integrated project solutions

Produce detailed plans, specifications, and technical documentation

Review shop drawings, conduct construction administration, and oversee structural project execution

Define project scope, explore design alternatives, and develop innovative engineering solutions

Act as technical liaison for structural matters internally and with clients and stakeholders

Conduct facility assessments and prepare technical reports

Mentor and collaborate with engineering interns, CAD technicians, and cross-disciplinary teams
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (Structural focus)

10–20 years of structural engineering experience

Licensed PE and Structural Engineer (SE) license required

Strong proficiency in structural engineering software (Bentley RAM), 3D modeling tools (Revit, AutoCAD), and Microsoft Excel

Knowledge of structural codes and standards (ASCE 7, AISC 360, ACI 318, etc.)

Demonstrated experience designing across a wide range of structural materials and project types

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
