Our client in Parsippany, NJ is seeking a Senior Staff Electrical Engineer to join their engineering team. This position will play a key role in the development, testing, and integration of advanced electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to work across disciplines to deliver innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and validation of electrical systems and components
• Define requirements and manage technical deliverables throughout the product lifecycle
• Perform schematic capture, circuit analysis, and simulation
• Support PCB design, layout, and system integration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical and software engineers, to ensure project success
• Mentor and support junior engineers in technical and professional growth
• Prepare technical documentation and lead design reviews
• Aerospace standards with AS9100

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master’s )
• 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering and product development
• Proficiency with schematic capture, PCB layout tools, and electrical analysis software
• Strong knowledge of analog, digital, and power electronics
• Experience in system integration, testing, and troubleshooting
• Proven ability to lead projects and mentor team members
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
