Job DescriptionJob Description

Responsibilities and Qualifications Include:

• Act as a technical lead for delivering small- and large-scale projects to business customers.

• Act as an escalation point for the NOC team that needs assistance for ticket resolution.

• Design, implement, and support solutions across:

o Windows Server 2016–2022, Active Directory, Group Policy, file/print services, M365. Etc.

• Configure Hyper-V virtualization platforms

• Troubleshoot and optimize networks, firewalls (SonicWall & Unifi), VPN tunnels, VLANs, routing, and QoS.

• Manage and secure endpoints with EDR/MDR solutions.

• Perform root-cause analysis, document solutions, and drive continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with project managers and sales technicians to deliver successful installation of projects.

• Use RMM and PSA tools (preferably N-Central and Autotask) to manage workflow and projects.

• Lead by example — communicate clearly, stay calm during incidents, and help others grow through mentorship.

• 3+ years of experience in systems engineering or network administration, preferably in an MSP environment.

• Strong foundation in Microsoft cloud, virtualization, and networking technologies.

• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and time-management skills.

• Clear, professional communication with clients and colleagues alike.

• Certifications from Microsoft, SonicWall, or Azure are a plus.
