Intelliforce is seeking a Software Integration Engineer (Level 4) to support a mission-critical High-Performance Computing (HPC) program. In this role, you will be instrumental in integrating, testing, and delivering software capabilities in a heterogeneous computing environment. From supporting COTS/GOTS applications to automating system deployment and configuration, this position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced, technically diverse settings.
Here’s what your day-to-day might include:

• Integrating, installing, upgrading, and supporting COTS/GOTS software across diverse environments
• Writing and maintaining shell scripts and Ansible playbooks for configuration and automation tasks
• Supporting the full software stack and documenting integration procedures, configurations, and system changes
• Troubleshooting complex issues across hardware, software, and operating systems to ensure software functionality
• Working hands-on with Linux environments and CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment processes
• Supporting test activities such as performance, failover, and redundancy validation
• Collaborating closely with system engineers, QA teams, and software developers to ensure system readiness
• Managing code through Git and issue tracking via Jira or equivalent tools
• Generating and maintaining system-level integration documentation and contributing to process improvements
• Developing plug-ins and extensions in tool- to enhance HPC capabilities

Qualifications:
Required:

• Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph 
• Citizenship: Must be a U.S.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field and 10+ years of relevant integration experience
• OR 5 years of full-time directly related work experience may substitute for a degree
• OR a Master’s degree may substitute for 2 years of experience
• OR an industry-recognized professional certification may substitute for 1 year of experience
• Strong experience with:
• Linux CLI and associated tools
• Bash scripting and Python programming
• Configuration management and IaC tools like Ansible
• CI/CD pipelines, especially GitLab CI
• Troubleshooting issues across the full software stack
• Git source control system
• Automated test frameworks and performance testing

Desired:

• Familiarity with the Atlassian Tool Suite (JIRA, Confluence)
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Ability to operate effectively in dynamic, team-oriented environments and communicate results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Compensation Range: $187,000.00 - $247,000.00

The final offer will be tailored after a thorough evaluation of the candidate’s background and suitability for the role.
