The Role

We need a

Senior Software Engineer

who operates like a founder. Someone who can architect, build, and ship full features end-to-end, without asking for permission or waiting for a spec.

This is

zero-to-one engineering

in a high-stakes, high-speed environment. You'll write code that ships to production daily, drives revenue, and directly impacts lives.

What you'll actually do:

Architect and ship features across the stack - no silos, no handoffs

Rewrite brittle legacy flows into scalable, elegant systems

Own key infrastructure decisions and obsess over performance

Move fast, break stuff (intelligently), and actually learn from it

Work directly with the CEO and cross-functional leadership team

Be a magnet for other A-players - we'll build a world-class team around you
