Senior Software Developer

Novi, MI

$115K - $130K + benefits

I am partnered with a large organization HQ’d in Novi who is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the team.

You will develop and deliver custom software solutions, with a focus on web-based applications and system integration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to meet technical and business requirements in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications
• Build web-based UIs and backend systems
• Review and improve existing code
• Translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Support on-site implementation and client interactions

Leadership (as needed):

• Lead projects from concept to delivery
• Define architecture and development plans
• Manage timelines, risks, and technical execution
