Tasks
- Design and develop scalable software solutions to enable a seamless charging experience for electric trucks.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with design and product to translate user needs into intuitive, reliable technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure high‑quality code following best practices and modern CI/CD workflows.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends (e.g. EV charging protocols) and integrate innovative technologies into our products.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on building scalable applications.
- Proficiency in modern technologies such as Kotlin (Spring Boot) and TypeScript/React, PostgreSQL and Docker.
- Experience with cloud services and infrastructure, preferably Azure.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work as a team in a startup environment.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (German is a plus).
- Passion for renewable energy and a desire to contribute to the future of electric transportation.
- Ideally, you have experience working with EV charging infrastructure protocols such as OCPP and OCPI, or with billing and payments (e.g. Stripe, Mollie), for example through a previous role working on a Charge Point Management System (CPMS) or on an E‑Mobility Service Provider (EMP) platform.
