Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack

London, hybrid

£75,000 - £95,000

We're helping a fast-growing health-tech company transforming primary care across the UK. Their platform supports hundreds of healthcare providers and millions of patients, enabling proactive, preventative care at scale.

The Opportunity

• You'll join a high-performing, cross-functional squad working alongside Product and Design to ship impactful features quickly and thoughtfully.
• This is not a maintenance role.
• This is not endless PoCs.
• This is real-world software, used daily, making measurable impact.
• You'll help shape both our technology and our culture as we grow.

What You'll Do

• Own delivery end-to-end - from technical planning to production.
• Ship scalable, reliable software that serves millions.
• Collaborate deeply with Product & Design to solve meaningful problems.
• Raise engineering standards - testing, code quality, architecture, DevOps.
• Balance speed and sustainability with pragmatic decision-making.
• Mentor and elevate others as we scale the team.
• Drive continuous improvement across processes and tooling.

What You Bring

• Strong hands-on experience with modern stacks (Python, TypeScript, React, AWS, DevOps, etc.).
• A track record of delivering high-impact product features.
• Experience leading projects or growing engineers.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and ownership.
• A product mindset - you care about outcomes, not just output.
• Clear, simple communication of complex ideas.
• 3+ years of recent experience in relevant technologies.

Bonus points for:
Health-tech or B2B SaaS experience.
