Role: Senior Software Engineer (AI product)

Stack: TypeScript, RoR, GraphQL, PostgreSQL

n.b - most of the engineering team didn't know RoR before joining, so no worries if you don't - willingness to learn is key though

Location: London, Hybrid (3 days in the office)

Salary: Up to £120k + strong equity

I have the absolute privilege of partnering with an incredibly successful business who soon became the go-to name in their field. They have secured 100s of millions in funding, such is the confidence in their product, but they have also achieved profitability in recent years.

Now, their product is awesome, but it's time to modernise and stay ahead of the curve, so they're seeking a strong SWE with a passion for AI to help them on this journey. You could be an LLM wizz, you could've scaled AI products, you could've created some personal projects - you just need to be passionate about everything Gen AI.

In this role you'll be working alongside the CTO to build out 3 core features and to iterate new ideas around how to implement AI within the product. Not just that, but you'll almost act as an evangelist for AI across the entire business, looking at ways to enhance best practices.

Naturally this role will have you speaking with various stakeholders across the company so strong people skills is a huge bonus.
