Senior Software Engineer - HealthTech - San Francisco (Hybrid)

A fast-growing AI healthcare company building real-time clinical documentation and decision support tools are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join their team.

What will I be doing?

• Design and build scalable, AI-powered product features used in real-time clinical environments
• Own end-to-end delivery of high-impact initiatives, from concept to production
• Optimize system performance and maintain high engineering standards in a fast-paced environment

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years’ experience building and shipping user-facing products
• Background in fast-moving or early-stage (0–1) environments
• Comfortable working across the stack (cloud, backend, frontend)
• Experience with modern technologies (e.g. AWS/GCP, Postgres, Docker)
• Proven ability to take ownership and deliver end-to-end outcomes
