Role Overview:

We areseekinga highly experiencedSenior Software Engineer
- Full Stackfor our Engineering Tiger Team. This group works across products focusing on more complex challenges (performance, scalability, multi-tenancy, etc.).

Due to the type of challenges this team willencounter, this successfulcandidate will haveproficiencyin both Front-end and Back-end development.Proficiencyin mobile would be a plus.

This individual will be comfortable understanding existing product architecture, design, and implementation details and will use to extend all aspects of existing product architecture, design, and code.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expert atquickly understanding the architecture, design, implementationof existing Prometheus Group products.

• Troubleshoot complex performance,stabilityand customer-facing issuesfrom root cause to resolution.

• Create recommendations to improve product stability, performance, and user experience.

• Mentor and uplift junior and mid-level engineers;establishbest practices, conduct code/designreviewsand drive a products productivity and technical maturity.

• Enforce engineering standards across a product engineering team.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors orMasters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent degree.

• 7+ years of professional software development experience, with multiple years as a Lead or Senior Software Engineer.

• Expert-level hands-on experience with:

• React (frontend) and NET (C#)

• PostgreSQL database design, tuning, troubleshooting

• Software architecture and design patterns at scale

• Mobile applications (MAUI, React / JavaScript) are a plus.

• Proven experience mentoring and raising the productivity of engineering teams.

• Deepexperiencetroubleshooting performance, scalability, memory leaks, and stability issues in production systems.

• Experience withdeploymentorchestration (Argo, Kubernetes CLI), AWX/Ansible Tower, S3 automation and token management.

• Excellent communication skills, able toinfluence acrossteams and articulate technical decisions to stakeholders.
• You will be required to be onsite M-F in our headquarters based in Raleigh, NC.
