This is a unique opportunity to get on the core team of an Industrial AI start-up founded by a Stanford professor and led by recognized thought leaders in AI/ML and Aerospace & Defense analytics.

Our main product is Enterprise SaaS for supply chain in aircraft fleet logistics, sustainment, maintenance, and reliability. The product is built around proprietary AI Engines that handle scarce and not-so-clean historical data. We are in the process of integrating LLM Agentic AI as a data interface that is easier for end users.

The company has won substantial repeat business from US Air Force Supply Chain operations for the world largest fleet of 5000 aircraft and yearly sustainment budget of $100B. We are growing 4x in the short term and looking for an M&A exit in the medium term. We are a technology leader in Enterprise AI for supply chain with strong customer pull and $200M of documented cost avoidances delivered.

Job Description

We are a lean development team looking for a talented full-stack software engineer to build our next- cloud platform and applications around our proven AI Analytics Engines. This role is ideal for a proficient engineer passionate about developing cutting-edge solutions in the realm of Industrial AI applications.

We are developing mission critical AI-centric application for Aerospace & Defense and Supply Chain. Our scalable, high-performance, high-security web application leverages modern cloud development technologies.

Overall, the position is about delivering results generated by core AI engines, to end-users, in a scalable and flexible way. You will also have excellent opportunities to expand your knowledge of Infrastructure, AI Engine, AI product, and DevSecOps.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications.
  • Implement complex features and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Consume, create, and maintain robust APIs using Axios and Golang Fiber.
  • Integrate scientific charting functionality, primarily using Chart.js, to visualize complex data sets effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring conceptual ideas to deployment.

You will have an opportunity to start as a contractor (full-time or part-time, at least 10 hours/ week), or a full-time employee.

Qualifications

Must-haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a top school
  • Strong industry experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer or similar role, building sophisticated web applications.
  • Strong proficiency in Golang, SQL (PostgreSQL or MySQL), and JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Proficiency with Docker
  • Familiarity with AWS and/ or Azure services
  • Solid understanding of scientific charting, preferably with experience in Chart.js.
  • Experience with GraphQL for API development.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to deployment.
  • Adherence to best coding practices and technical standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pluses

  • Solid understanding of scientific charting, preferably with experience in Chart.js
  • Experience with Kubernetes 
  • Familiarity with Terraform and ArgoCD
  • Exposure to Matlab



Additional Information

  • All candidates must be US .
  • Location: This is a remote position. USA, Nationwide. Proximity to either our Palo Alto, CA or Atlanta, GA office is a plus. Candidates should be available for occasional on-site meetings.
