Senior Software Engineer \n Gloucester based - Hybrid Working \n\n My Client is the leading innovation and transformation consultancy in the UK and they are currently in search of a highly talented Senior Software Engineer to join their offices in Gloucester. Successful candidates will be helping to develop and deliver next communication and intelligence solutions for a wide range of clients such as law enforcement agencies, telecommunications companies and compliance agencies. \n\n Must have at least 4 years of commercial experience using one of the following technologies Java, Python, c++, or full stack capabilities \n• As a software developer, you will be working in a small focused team using some of the latest technologies to create large sets of data, which can be efficiently processed to provide actionable intelligence.

\n• Candidates will be working with Big Data, innovative security and threat detection systems in turn contributing to the system design and development decisions, which affect the integration of both future and existing systems. \n• The ideal software developer will be familiar with full life-cycle software development in there \n• Being able to successfully deliver high quality software releases \n\n Requirements for the ideal Software Engineer \n• Experience writing tests for existing and new code to ensure compatibility and stability \n• Experience with different types of source control (preferably Git), be familiar with continuous integration, test-driven development and be prepared to use agile development techniques to incrementally deliver working software. \n\n 50,000-£70,000 + bonus \n• Flexible and competitive benefits package which include private medical and dental insurance, a competitive pension scheme, cycle to work scheme, taste cards and more \n• Dedicated career manager to ensure growth opportunities through industry leading guidance
