Over the past 12–18 months, they’ve:
- Rebuilt their core product from the ground up
- Shifted toward a software-first platform model
- Secured major R&D projects with partners including Toyota and Airbus
They’re now at a point where:
The product is strong
The opportunity is clear
And the focus is on scaling and commercialising the platform
This hire is part of that next phase, with plans to continue building out the team.
Why this role is interesting
This isn’t a standard “Senior C# Developer” role.
You’ll be:
- Working on a real-world engineering product (not just SaaS)
Building systems that interact with:
- Robots

- Industrial environments
Developing:
- New features

- Core platform capabilities
You’ll also:

- Have genuine ownership and influence in a small, experienced team
The context
Insphere is an investor-backed business that is still scaling commercially.
- The product has been rebuilt and is gaining traction
- The company is entering a growth phase
To support this, they are investing further in engineering capability, with this hire forming a key part of that.
This will suit someone who:
- Enjoys building in an evolving environment
- Is comfortable with ambiguity
- Wants to have an impact on both product and direction
What they’re looking for
- Strong experience with C# / .NET
- Experience building complex systems (not just standard web apps)
Comfortable working across:
- Backend systems
- Architecture decisions
- Integration challenges
You’ll likely have:
- Worked in smaller or scaling businesses
- Been hands-on across multiple parts of a system
- A curiosity for how systems work beyond just the surface
Nice to have (not essential):
- Experience with:
- Real-time or low-latency systems
- Networking / communication protocols
- Integrating with external hardware or SDKs
Tech environment
- .NET / C#
- Blazor (web UI)
- Real-time data processing
- Integration with external systems and SDKs

- Hybrid – typically 2–4 days in the office
- Salary: £65,000 – £75,000
