Job Duties&

• Build, scale, and maintain full-stack features across a high-performance user-facing product

• Work directly with product and design to create and execute user-centric experiences

• Own projects end-to-end, from ideation to production

• Collaborate with a close-knit engineering team to solve complex technical problems

• Help shape the future of creator monetization and digital ad infrastructure

Experience Skills

• 5+ years as a strong generalist engineer building scalable, maintainable software

• Experience building user-facing products (not just internal tools or infrastructure)

• Proficiency in React/Next.js for frontend, Python/Django/Postgres for backend

• A good design sense and the ability to turn UX into functional interfaces

• Proven record of shipping products in high-growth or large-scale tech environments

Background

• Experience in large-scale tech companies or fast-paced startups

• Ex-founders and founding engineers with demonstrated product-building skills

• Degree in Computer Science or related field from a top university (not required, but a plus)
