Senior Site Manager Required – 6 Month FTC – Southampton – Specialist Refurbishment Contractor – Up to £65K + Car Allowance + Travel + Lodging Allowance

The Role

* Contract Type: 6 Month FTC – Opportunity to go Full Time



* Reporting to: Visiting Construction Director



We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a complex £3 million cut-and-carve conversion project in Southampton city centre. The scheme involves the full internal strip-out and structural reconfiguration of an existing building to deliver 41 high-quality private student rooms.



This is an immediate opportunity for a capable lead with proven site-based management experience and strong coordination skills on refurbishment and structural alteration projects.



Required Experience



1. Proven track record as a Project Manager or Senior Site Manager on cut-and-carve, structural, or residential conversion projects.

2. Comfortable leading teams independently and resolving on-site issues.

3. Excellent understanding of structural works, phasing, and sequencing.

4. Able to manage fast-paced delivery and multiple trades.

5. SMSTS, CSCS (Black/White Card), and First Aid required.
