Job Description
The primary responsibility of the Senior Security Services Consultant - DevSecOps is to assist customers in implementation of CyberArk’s products and integration into existing pipeline and orchestration tooling. In performing this responsibility, the Senior Security Services Consultant - DevSecOps will be assigned with multiple simultaneous implementations in various parts of the country. This position requires up to 25% nationwide travel. In addition, the position requires providing technical support activities and managing technical relationships with customers. The Senior Security Services Consultant - DevSecOps will report to Manager, Security Services - DevSecOps.
Responsibilities:
- Lead on-site and remote implementations and onboarding engagements with customers
- Assist customers with developing, managing, and executing project plans and timelines
- Assist customers with integration patterns with developer pipeline and orchestration tooling
- Help maintain customer relationships and identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate in the ongoing development of training materials and curricula
- Collaborate with and mentor the team on consulting and development activities
- Support the Security Services - DevSecOps team by assisting with technical escalations, support, and customer save duties
- Collaborate with other CyberArk departments to ensure coordination and completion of all additional implementation-related tasks
- Up to 25% nationwide travel

Qualifications
- 7+ years of consulting experience working within enterprise IT environments.
- Technical mentorship & relationship building: A strong desire to drive success through mentorship and establishing effective working relationships with customers.
- Business Acumen: Proven ability to identify critical business problems and articulate solutions to customers.
- Certificate Manager (previously Venafi) Expertise: Experience automating Machine Management using the Venafi Trust Protection Platforms (Datacenter, TLSPC & TLSPK) and integrating with critical customer technologies.
- Automation & Scripting: Strong expertise with scripting and APIs for automation using bash, PowerShell or other scripting (Go, Python, JavaScript, etc.).
- Containerization: Experience with modern containerization and associated technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
- Cloud Technologies: Direct working experience with cloud technologies (Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Orchestration & CI/CD: Proficiency with orchestration and CI/CD technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Jenkins, etc.
- Encryption Technologies: Experience with technologies that heavily use TLS/SSL encryption (e.g., F5, NetScaler, IIS, Apache, WebLogic, WebSphere, etc.) is desirable.
- Communication: Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communications skills.
- Customer Success: Proven experience successfully working with sales, client IT, and client end-user groups in critical customer situations.

- Consultative Background: Previous experience in a consultative, sales engineer, or enterprise architect role.

- Certifications: Security certifications (CISSP, GIAC Certified Enterprise Defender, etc.), cloud vendor certifications (CLF-02, Azure Administrator Associate, etc.), VSA certification, or industry-recognized DevOps certifications (RHCSA, CJE, etc.).

The salary range for this position is $101,000 – $149,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee’s performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
