ComResource is looking for a Senior Security Engineer.

We need someone to assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise and Access Management solutions, ensuring secure authentication, authorization, and governance across critical systems.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Active Directory account provisioning and privileged account management
• Oversee certification and attestation of user access
• Support authentication/authorization with focus on SSO/MFA and risk-based authentication
• Provision complex application accounts (SAP, AS400, PKMS, Snowflake, etc.)
• Develop and document security processes, tools, and protocols
• Partner with cross-functional teams on access-related alerts and incidents
• Maintain regulatory compliance reporting and access reviews
• Provide leadership and guidance on IAM best practices

Essentials:

• 6–8 years of related experience
• Experience with SailPoint ISE, CyberArk, PingIdentity, Directory Services, EntraAD
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, privileged access management, and governance
• Strong written/verbal communication skills and ability to influence leadership

Desired:

• Experience in large cross-functional IAM initiatives
