Why This Role Matters

As Senior Salesforce Engineer, you’ll be a key architect in creating an incredible customer experience. Your expertise will help build managed Salesforce packages to interface with Conquer's backend to facilitate omni-channel communication in the form of SMS, Emailing, and Phone Calls. You’ll partner with stakeholders across the business to deliver high-impact solutions that support growth and improve the user experience.

What You'll Do

  • Contribute to creating a package that can seamlessly integrate with existing infrastructure external to Salesforce to log tasks and facilitate actions inside of Salesforce.
  • Interact with teams of engineers from multiple disciplines
  • Develop and maintain enterprise-scale software solutions that are flexible and adaptable
  • Work with teams outside of Salesforce to create comprehensive solutions
  • Work outside of the Engineering team to design and negotiate customer needs
  • Able to architect

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS, CE, EE or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience
  • Expertise in latest LWC standards
  • Advanced experience programming in Apex
  • Experienced working with Object Oriented Programming
  • Experienced working with Salesforce OAuth
  • Experience with Salesforce regulations and restrictions
  • Experience with Salesforce rate limiting
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer is a plus
  • While this role is not a Customer Support role, you should be comfortable interfacing directly with clients to gather information or troubleshoot, as-needed
