Project Manager Windfarm Job OverviewThis role involves leading and managing a project team to ensure the successful installation of wind farms.As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle from execution to readiness phases.Key Responsibilities:Full responsibility for the project during execution and readiness phases.Lead, coordinate, and manage the project team to ensure safe and successful wind farm installation.Act as the internal project representative, ensuring alignment across departments.Manage all financial aspects of the project, including risk analysis and customer management.Ensure compliance with QHSE policies and technical requirements on site.Required Skills and Qualifications:Degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.3-5+ years of experience in a similar project management role.Proven experience in conflict resolution and international environments.Solid background in project management within the wind energy sector or comparable industries.Benefits Package:30 days of vacation per year.Overtime compensation.Health benefits, company sports activities, and free support from our family service.Company pension scheme and occupational insurance.Regular training and further education opportunities.
