The Role\n
We’re seeking a talented Reliability Technician to become a vital part of our factory team. In this role, you will:

- Manage day-to-day electrical issues across the factory.
- Support site development and deliver on our master plan.
- Drive continuous improvement of plant electrical systems.
- Enhance equipment reliability, availability, and safety to world-class levels.

Collaborating closely with Production Team Leaders, you’ll ensure that maintenance and production priorities align to achieve our factory performance goals.

✅ What We’re Looking For\n
- \n
- Advanced technical skills from relevant education (e.g., HNC in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering) and hands-on experience.
- Strong electrical systems experience with PLC programming and fault finding.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Experience in developing equipment and process specifications.
- Basic project management skills in engineering/reliability projects.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD (or similar).
- Robotic experience is beneficial.

Key Responsibilities\n

- Collaborate with Production and Maintenance teams to resolve breakdown and reliability issues.
- Attend FMOS meetings, owning electrical and controls-related actions.
- Drive continuous improvement through plant enhancements and effective root cause analysis.
- Review and optimise planned maintenance schedules.
- Provide technical support for equipment performance standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and project updates.
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, and external partners.
