We’ve partnered with a Top Concrete Contractor that’s scaling hard across the Southeast. They’re looking for a Senior Regional Operations Manager / Senior Project Executive – Structural Concrete to lead multiple large commercial and industrial projects $100M+ and build strong, high-performing teams across the region.

You won’t just be “running jobs” – you’ll be driving the operational playbook for structural concrete in one of the most active markets in the country.

What You’ll Do

• Own regional operations for multiple large-scale structural concrete projects across the Southeast.
• Lead and develop multiple project teams (PMs, supers, field leaders) to ensure consistency, performance, and accountability across all work.
• Drive financial performance – oversee project financials, forecasts, cost controls, and profitability while protecting margins and managing risk.
• Ensure flawless project delivery – from preconstruction through closeout – focused on safety, quality, schedule, and client satisfaction.
• Support growth and expansion – help build out the region, influence strategy, and support business development and key client relationships.
• Standardize best practices for structural concrete operations, planning, logistics, and execution across jobs and markets.
• Mentor and grow talent – identify high-potential team members, build bench strength, and create future leaders in the region.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of progressive experience in concrete construction project management/operations, with a track record of leading complex work.
• Experience managing large-scale commercial/industrial structural concrete projects, such as:
• • 4–30 story high-rise condominiums
  • 4+ story office buildings
  • Large-scale sports facilities
  • Typical project values $100M and up
• Proven success overseeing multiple concurrent projects and teams across a region.
• Strong financial acumen – you understand cost, schedule, manpower, and margin at a senior leadership level.
• Deep knowledge of structural concrete means and methods, sequencing, logistics, and field operations.
• A leadership style that combines high standards with real development – you hold people accountable and help them level up.
• Excellent communication skills – comfortable with clients, executives, and field teams alike.
