Job DescriptionSenior Quantity SurveyorSalary: £63,000 + Up to 10.5% BonusLocation: Warrington (Hybrid Working Available)The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a high-performing commercial team responsible for delivering major infrastructure and transformation projects across the North West.This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor with a strong construction background to take ownership of high-value contracts, influence major project delivery programmes, and help drive commercial excellence across a diverse portfolio of works.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage pre-contract commercial activities including procurement strategy development, tender preparation, evaluation, negotiation, and contract award recommendations.Develop, review, and quality assure sourcing and tender documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, and company requirements.Provide expert commercial, contractual, and procurement advice to project teams and key stakeholders.Manage stakeholder relationships across multiple business functions, influencing decision-making to support successful project delivery.Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.Procure and manage contracts, framework agreements, and work packages, ensuring best-value outcomes.Build and maintain strong supplier and contractor relationships, promoting effective contract governance.Support, mentor, and develop junior commercial team members.Deliver high-quality commercial management throughout the full project lifecycle.What We're Looking ForEssential ExperienceProven experience managing large volumes of contracts through to completion.Strong understanding of Quantity Surveying processes across the full project lifecycle.Experience working with NEC contracts .Strong commercial negotiation and dispute resolution skills.Knowledge of construction programming and scheduling methodologies.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.QualificationsDegree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.BenefitsSalary of £63,000Up to 10.5% annual bonus26 days annual leave, increasing with serviceExcellent pension contributionHealthcare planFlexible benefits packageHybrid working arrangementsEmployee wellbeing and assistance programmesCareer development and progression opportunitiesWhy Apply?This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale infrastructure programmes within a commercially complex environment, providing long-term career development, leadership opportunities, and the chance to make a significant impact on projects that benefit communities across the region.TPBN1_UKTJ
