Senior Quantity Surveyor - Tier 1 Contractor

I am currently representing one of the UK's finest Tier 1 Contractors who work across the Healthcare, Residential, Commercial, Leisure and Education sectors. My client's portfolio of work includes a mix of framework led and private sector schemes under both single and two stage tender processes.

My client have secured a New Build Residential scheme valued at £15m in Camden. This is an RC Frame supported living project with circa 50 units. You will report into a Commercial Manager and lead the scheme commercially.

Requirements

• Previous project history across multiple sectors
• Prior experience of working across both JCT and NEC Contracts from PCSA Stages
• Excellent understanding of modern build techniques
• Established Commercial lead on projects
• Strong experience of managing stakeholders and demanding clients
