Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Solihull, West Midlands

Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 + package

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career with a company that values your growth. You will work on a variety of projects, gaining hands-on experience and developing the skills needed to progress within the industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets
  • Supporting the management of contract variations and project financials
  • Conducting site visits to monitor project progress and ensure accuracy in measurements
  • Assisting in the preparation of tender documents and contracts
  • Working closely with senior surveyors to learn and develop key quantity surveying skills
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors


What We’re Looking For:

  • A degree or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related field
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A proactive attitude with a keen willingness to learn and develop
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
  • A passion for the construction and civil engineering industry
