Job Description

Avellio are currently partnering with a scaling finance business and recruiting on their behalf for an experienced Residential Quantity Surveyor to join the business as their first senior inhouse QS.

This opportunity will suit an experienced quantity surveyor who is seeking a new opportunity to come in and make a real impact, the business are investing heavily in their £1-15M lending workstreams so their will be plenty of opportunity to grow and manage a team moving forward, experience managing multiple projects is essential and the core responsibilities will be travelling to sites and managing a variety of residential projects across England, managing budgets, oversee the tendering process, cost control and making sure the quality and legal standards are met.

Responsibilities and experience

• Previous experience managing a variety of projects
• RICS certified or in the process of accreditation
• Management experience of junior QS is a bonus
• Experience within residential conveyancing

Location: Solihull (Hybrid working)

Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 + Car allowance + fuel
