The company offers a dynamic and forward-thinking environment where Quantity Surveyors can work alongside highly experienced professionals and progress their careers across multiple property sectors.\n\nTHE POSITION\n\nThe role is for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take responsibility for the commercial management of projects across the property sectors.

Duties will include cost planning, feasibility, procurement, tendering, contract administration, cost reporting, value engineering, and managing final accounts. You will support or lead project teams, manage client relationships, provide strategic cost advice, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest professional standards.
