Senior Quantity Surveyor – London (Infrastructure)\n One of the UK’s Leading Construction Consultancies\n\nTHE COMPANY\n A leading UK-based property and construction consultancy is looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding infrastructure team in central London.\n\nWith a strong reputation for delivering high-value infrastructure schemes across transport, utilities, and public sector frameworks, the consultancy works on major London-based and projects valued from £10 million to over £500 million. The business is known for its technical excellence, collaborative culture, and commitment to employee development and progression.\n\nTHE POSITION\n The successful candidate will take a lead role in the commercial delivery of major infrastructure schemes, working across the full project lifecycle from pre-contract through to final account. You will be responsible for client liaison, cost planning, contract administration (NEC ), and mentoring junior staff.
